Ex-con offers Scots the opportunity of legal cannabis holidays to the Spanish city of Alicante
ROBERT ALLAN – who founded the Scottish Cannabis Community – is advertising the opportunity to go on a cannabis holiday to Spain.
A GUN-WIELDING ex-con is offering Scottish drug users relaxing sunshine breaks – with as much cannabis as they can smoke.
Robert Allan was jailed for brandishing the sawn-off weapon in a Lanarkshire bar.
He is inviting customers to join his “community” at a plush villa in Spain through his new firm Hippy Holidays.
The 44-year-old pro-cannabis campaigner – who founded the Scottish Cannabis Community – claims his venue is legal and allows users to puff away by the pool near Alicante without repercussions.
But legal experts say there are grey areas in the laws in Spain as police clamp down on organised smoking clubs across the country.
The clubs are given tax codes by the government but cannot advertise for members or profit from the sale of the drugs.
